When you complete a scorecard or RFP, we collect your name, email, phone number, association name, ZIP code, community type, number of units, board role, and your assessment answers. We also collect any optional information you choose to provide about your current management company and timeline.

How We Use Information

We use your information to generate your personalized results, to understand which communities may benefit from additional resources, and — only if you request it — to help connect your board with management companies that serve your area. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent

We only contact you if you have explicitly consented to receive communications. Consent boxes are never pre-checked.

Data Retention

We retain submission records to preserve your results and to maintain historical records of your board's assessments over time.
